Ingredients

800g Butternut squash

1 Onion

3 gloves garlic

1 handful walnuts

1 small apple

ingwer (2-3cm finger)

50ml soy cuisine

Directions

preheat oven to 200C

cut into pieces
coat with olive oil and spices
roast for 10 minutes and mix
roast for 10 minutes more
add 500ml veg broth
roast for 10 minutes more
turn off oven and let sit for 5 minutes
